warp charger issue

    DPROTAGONIST , Aug 7, 2019 :
    I just bought my oneplus 7 pro a month ago but my warp charger is not working anymore. It shows warp charger is connected but its taking 30 mins to charge 30%. Someone please help me or give me an email where i can contact the oneplus support apart from this forum where i no one will give a charger replacement.

    normally i start recharging at around 10 percent but not lower than 10% and today I started charging it at 2%

    The story of 20 minutes for 50% of charge is a joke, normally it takes 1h and 20 minutes for full charge

    I consider 80 minutes for 100% pretty normal in most scenarios. Going too far over that the phone either charge in too hot environment or the charger/cable/phone is faulty.
    I haven't found official texts promising this or that in regards of charging... Just vage things and no detailed numbers.

    i just fully chanrged my phone now and it took 2 hours from 2%. i managed to contact their support. they asked me to email an image of my charger for some reason to a specific email address and i just did.

    at first the operator asked me to buy a new one then i told her that look i just bought it 26 days ago and my charger is not working as it's supposed be and it's not my fault that it's not working as i was promised so why should i buy another then she agreed to take my case. she sounded like i might get a replacement but I'm not so sure about their service.

    I luckily haven't had any issues with my warp charging, i haven't tested it time wise yet but maybe i should. The only issue i have had is with my phone not updating.

    Warp charge is supposed to charge about half the battery, from about 50%.
    Opposite to high voltage technology, warp charge uses high current.
    To protect the battery, charge is slower when battery is very low, and at the end of charge. And deeply discharging (less than 15%) a modern battery isn't wise.
    Starting your charge at 2% battery is risky. This is why it's starting at low speed.

    thanks, i understand what you said and I'm well aware of that. this is the first time i put it on charge from 2%. but normally i put it on charge at around 10% not less than that. i realised it day before yesterday that my phone is not getting fully charged like before. yesterday it took 1 hour 40 mins to get a full charge from 12%. before this i used to get a full charge from 10% to 100% in 1 hour 10/20 mins.

    OnePlus is giving me a replacement for the charging adapter.. sadly no cable though but still I'm grateful.. I'm quite sure that it's the adapter issue I'm having..

    using mclaren 6t nearly 2 months but last 5 to 6 days warp charger not showing and it takes 2 hr to charge 60% battery plz help me with that
