Even for me facing this issue from past few days after that given a call to customer care they asked me to keep my phone into safe mode and pluginto charging then it works good at that time
Now again started to give trouble

Really bad thing it's taking mor than 1 hour 50 min for full charge

Can I go and ask service centre to help out of this orelse should wait for the next update ..?

I was actually noticing slower charging speeds on my OnePlus 7 Pro than claimed.
So I drained the battery completely and charged it using the Warp charger (phone was switched on but not in use). I was right indeed...
    10mins - 24%
    15 mins - 33%
30 mins - 47% [This is 10% lesser than claimed]
    60mins - 86%
    87mins - 100% [Almost 10mins slower than claimed]

Checked with my Dash Charger... Took under 100mins to 100%.

My phone is charging at speeds between the claimed Warp & Dash Charge.

It is taking me almost an hour and 20 mins for a full charge. In 25 minutes it is around 40% from 1%. So was wondering what's wrong and see lot of them facing the same issue. Good 20 minutes slower than the reviews.

I would consider 80 minutes for a full charge to be pretty normal. 60 minutes would be wishful thinking in a world with all the optimal factors kicking in at the same time...
I haven't read any official text saying it's 60 minutes for a full charge though... Where does Oneplus claim this?

I've been reading all of the posts here and I'd like to add my comments as well:

    1. Before charging close all applications if possible
    2. Ensure the display is off (push the power button one time)
    3. For quickest charging push the power button and turn the phone completely off (shut down). Then connect to dash charging. NOTE: Emails and notifications are not received during this time.

Hmm, and then there is the problem with USB PD not charging at 15W(13.75W).
I saw a review where someone charged the 7 Pro through a ampermeter with a 60W Apple charger.
    An it did 14W.

Mine only does 7W on any PD device I can trow at it.

Maybe there is a battery issue with some of the phones and OP nerfed the charging current on those?
Is there a way to find out what manufactrer/model the battery is?

No, you are sadly mistaken. The last 10 percent takes forever because of safety concerns. Once you get a lithium battery mostly charged, you must top it off very slowly. Otherwise you can overheat the device and cause either battery damage or cause it to explode!

Any tests above 80% will be slower than normal.

Additionally, all you guys saying you are charging your phone from ZERO are also doing damage to the life of your battery. Leaving your phone on the charger overnight will NOT hurt it and even lets your phone do routine optimizations. Letting it drop to 0 is bad for the battery.

Charging speed will be dependant on a number of factors, especially temperature. It will charge faster in the cold because the charging system will slow down as the battery gets hot. Keep it cool.

My phone just got charged from 1% to 89% in 1 hr..Those who are facing slow charge issue make sure your power brick is able to supply the needed 5V to utilize full 30 W..In India often our electricity system failed to provide stable output

That makes sense since the charging spees will become slower the more battery the phone has. This happens in every phone. It's faster with less battery, this is made to avoid battery degradation.
