    Do you even care to read what is written in these forums? I have seen many posts complaining on the battery drain problem due to upgrade of their OSes to either Oxygen or to CM12. But I dont see any official response forthcoming. In the least, you can assure the use community that you are working to fix them. Dont commit a date if you are unable to do so - but please be honest.

    We (the user community) have spent a sizable amount of money buying your product with the trust that this is a different company and that we are assured about quality (of hardware, software and support services). So far you have delivered only on the hardware (the easiest part). You have failed on both the software and services.

    There are many of your peers who are waiting to grab your customers - unless you deliver, this forum will become defunct as the community will start dwindling - I am already seeing it happen. Nothing much to read in this forum except for complaints.

    Hope you are listening and take some action.

    This was bound to happen......with customer complaints rising.....you had no other option but to pack your bags....this phone is compared with the likes of Apple/Samsung....whereas it doesnt even qualify to be a mobile headset.....its a plastic box with good finishing.....I regret the day I bought this phone...:( :( :(

    Service issue is a big problem but reply by customer support is......can't tell better reply are expected from them...plz act on that simply adding 2 days every time on calling and replying without concered knowledge is not expected...take care these issues plz

    Rightly said, bro. Now a days, service is very important and if the users continue facing frustration due to service related issues, they are bound to change. OnePlus should pull itself up, tighten its belts and dive head-on to this issue. A great hardware must be complemented with a good service, otherwise, people will not be assured of its future and give up on one plus. Would you buy any device if it is covered by false warranty and false promises?
