    this is an unconventional weekly update, but these are unconventional times. it's nice to hear how everyone at the HQ is doing and how things are slowly getting back to normal. hopefully the weekly update will return to normal soon as life slowly gets back to the normality that was what feels like a previous lifetime. it's great to hear from you though and I can't wait for the next weekly update.

    Hello,
    As a result of this press release, I would like to thank the updates delivered by OnePlus.
    I am a user of Oneplus 7T Pro (HD1913) purchased from the Oneplus website in December 2019, and I can't thank you, as many have done, because the update for the phone mentioned above does not come, I'm talking about the OTA update .
    I updated with Oxigen Updater to Oxigen OS 10.0.9 HD01BA and I am not satisfied at all because the battery life has decreased, some applications open late (camera application and others ... etc).
    If this is how OnePlus understands to respect its customers in Europe, I declare myself deeply disappointed and I take seriously my desire to leave this phone manufacturer. If it continues like this, I will definitely say goodbye.

    Here i have a big question for the oneplus team...why didn't they provide us the interstellar glow in 8 pro...most of my friends are confused right now what to buy...8 or 8 pro...coz. of that colour..they are not ready to compromise to the 120Hz refresh rate as well as QHD+ display...nor they want to lose that interstellar colour...we are in a big confusion...would u ask to ur superiors to provide that colour in 8 pro as well...hope u will look forward to this...

    Hey @Amanda W. indeed the weekly updates have grown up to become an integrated part of life of community members.

    Glad to read that thing are indicating to return to normal and the working is resuming.

    In these tough times, OnePlus came with quite fun contests and Events like the OnePlus Domin8, creative wallpaper contests and a lot more making the community pass their time with ease and find the best way to stay engaged.

    It's good to hear that measures have been put in place to make sure the team is safe.

    It will be a long time until everything is what anyone could consider as normal, I myself am working from home for the foreseeable future or until my organization deems it safe to return to London.

    Hopefully soon the UK will allow us to see our loved ones in close proximity soon.
