    yup, a might be stuck pixels.
    Might aswell be defective pixels
    Might be dysfunctional cathode (upper layers of the organic molecules) which can't get the electric charge right and do not show the colours correctly.
    If its a cathode problem it will spread in the entire screen thus the only solution is replacing the screen.

    good luck buddy happened to my phone too after i dropped it from waist level. the screen will blackout within 4-5 days. the OnePlus screens are very delicate.

    Dead pixel is basically black, it is uncommon since op3/3t has pentile screen. People call it purple pixels/spots and it happened before.
