OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, and another phone company there are an alliance they are manufactured by a brand named Teddy mobile in India Oppo manufactures OnePlus and also copies rough based designs of OnePlus phones
P.S- You were right that OnePlus does copy Apple's IPhone's design
