What Do You Want for the Next OnePlus Device

    TDroid074 , Sep 15, 2015 :
The OPO has been a solid device and is still is very capable compared to the phones in 2015. The OPT has had very mixed reviews and isn't as well received as its predecessor. That being said what do you guys think OnePlus should add to their new device?

I agree that quick charge is convenient but it also degrades battery life. But usually people don't keep their phones for that long that the battery becomes fully degraded or swappable batteries could be an option. Samsung left the power users hanging with their new designs and I think it might be viable that OnePlus develops a phone for power users that targets emerging markets

How about a high end processor like the snapdragon 808 instead of a mid range offering

I was thinking more along the lines of a large battery capacity (maybe even removable options; since people in emerging markets dont really have the luxury to charge their phones all the time), a fast and very capable processor (Snapdragon 808? following the Never Settle philosophy), a reasonable display size (5.2-5.5"), and maybe expandable storage.

Quick Charge and waterproof would be nice to have but won't be a deal breaker. I'd prefer wireless charging over quick charge though (personal preference). 4k display is wasted on a mobile device. even 2K is not really necessary and only drains the battery faster. Everyone wants better battery life. Design is too subjective.

OPO and OPT are both 5.5" displays. Isn't that within your defined reasonable display size preference?

Also OPT uses Snapdragon 810. Should, on paper, be faster than the 808. :)

Expandable storage would be nice to have though. What they should have done was make the second sim tray support a microSD like some of the new dual sim phones these days. That would have been the best of both world. Watch the OnePlus 3 support this. :p
