Billing is the address they will send the bill to.

Shipping is where they will ship your package to.

But they don't really send bills anymore xd Billing address is the address associated with your credit card, which is then linked to your paypal account.

Shipping is where you want your shiny new phone to show up

so... it really dont matter whatever billing address is...its just the bill....it shouldnt really be same as paypal address right?

Yes, your billing address should match the one on PayPal.

that doesn't matter...just make the shipping address right.....i got my shipping and billing address to belgium and paypal account's address was of the USA....

billing address is back pocket address (where u keep ur wallet) and shipping address is ur front pocket address (where u keep ur phone)
