Firstly, RAM has got nothing to do with looks

And, people say 3" is enough, but doesn't everyone still want more?
    Same logic

At least 4gb RAM is required to fully utilise 64 bit processors ;)

No I think he meant actual computing with windows or something. The atrix basically just plugged into a bigger screen and basically turned it into aa android tablet. And that concept failed big time. However I don't see the point in using your phone as processing hardware for a laptop especially if it's gonna be cross platform because android isnt really mature enough to replace something such as windows right now. It seems like it would be cheaper and easier just to have a laptop and a phone.

I watched a video someone made comparing background apps in the zenfone 2 to the galaxy s6 and the s6 was having to re-load apps while the zenfone 2 had them still stored in the background. That was having 3 or 4 very heavy games loaded though... In real life situations right now, probably not going to notice though :p

The same thing was said when desktops and laptops first came out with 4GB of ram. Now 4GB of ram is pretty much standard, anything lower is not worth it. Pretty much more ram makes for better multitasking performance and heavy duty apps and games.

3gb or even 2gb is enough for today's needs but eventualy even 3gb isn't going to be enough. It's not going to be too soon but the companies making phones have an easy thing to upgrade there. Not that it's going to be needed anytime soon but just that they can say "look we have more than you!"

I used SD2EXT scripts I dont remember the name but with sdcard partitioned 2gb EXT4 and having cyanogen mod 9 or 10. You can install more apps :3

I had less than 100mb app install and 192 mb ram on htc dream. it ran very shitty, just going back to home and openin music apps and etc everything crashed. whatsapp etc. I used to play raging thunder and robo defense on that phone :D

It's not just RAM/memory .......CPU, GPU and RAM etc should all be balanced.

I feel 4 gigs would be a over kill with SD 810.
