    Hi all,
I am a bit confused about what phone to buy for my friend. The oneplus one or oneplus x? What you suggest?

I would opt for the OPX, because it's the newest one and it will be getting updates more frequently. I also like the fact that it has micro sd, amoled display and fm radio capabilities. Furthermore I love the design.

Shouldn't it be your friend, the one deciding?

We don't know his preferences in terms of designs and features.

I just broke my phone, but didn't have the foresight to break it after I had a OPX invite =p /notsosubtlebegging
Something I am curious about is if flashing a new ROM will enable the OPX to support the 200gb sd cards or not, theoretically of course, im not about to buy such an expensive sd card actively pushing the upper limits

Screen size, dual-sim/SD-card, premium build and price driven me to get OPX instead of Nexus 5X.

Do I prefer 5 or 5,5-inch display? - that is your question!

I know I like to make fun of OPO diehards but, seriously, the OPX isn't in the same class as the OPO. The OPO can do what the OPX never will: keep up with the latest flagships. Forget benchmarks (my favorite hobby :p), in real world performance the OPO is still neck and neck with them. Think of OPX as a cute, younger sister.

There's a huge difference in specs and screen size. It's just what you want, no point of discussion.

OnePlus One in my opinion as it has way better software (COS/CM) and is cheaper + has better battery life.

I had an OPO and switched last week to the OPX.
    Pros (for OPX) :
better display (especially in the sunlight)
    Double sim
    SD card support
    Looks more premium
All LTE band supported in Europe
    Lighter

    Cons
    Battery life
    Smaller screen
No COS 12 (more stable than Oxygen OS)
    No maxxaudio

I'd definitely go for the OPX if I were you.

I looked into your friends mind, and he actually wants the Oneplus 2. But his choice will be Oneplus X if its either one of your suggestions.
