    mail vikas several times till his inbox explodes (just kidding but do it coz that might draw his attention quickly) ! and i repeat don't settle for replacement until its a new one or refurbished one !!
    best is to ask for repair !!

    @zeus.01.01.01.01 I still have not got my 2nd OPO. Bumped into some issue with Amazon and it will take 2-3 days. In the meanwhile reading all these posts is really scary! :/

    If it is my case, simply s**p him first and then talk to him. Will never accept a repaired phone.

    Ask them if it is a repaired one, why it has not been returned to the original owner.

    Ask them either to repair your phone or to initiate replacement.

    Repeatedly I keep saying it is not a Himalayan task they are doing, to repair the OPO. Read the post no 103

    Forums are such a smart thing they have created
    I mean sharing invites and all is OK but also how much do we share our complaints.
    Now oneplus is a new company and they know there are going to be some complains...but because it is a new company it cannot afford to let its users post their complains on social media as it will malign their image and scare off wannabe buyers.
    Just think about it...who are the people actually using these forums (ones who have already bought the phone and hardly any gonnabe buyer). We think its an platform to raise our complains whereas what I see it is is just a place where people would post reviews both bad and good and keep actual social media clean where actually the future buyer is. This is a dead end. We keep discussing ki this should be done and that should be done but that's just it. We are all talking to walls here

    I am not agree with you in this... This is not made to filter negativity... But it is to bring positives... We, the forum members are the potential advertiser for them but they caught into HCL net, Cynogen ditched them, Service tax increased, so the cost on them increased, sales declinded, they are also in trouble here in India mostly. Also Custom always caught them, I dont know why....

    And I think, this forum is best thing about OnePlus... :)

    I wouldn't exactly call it a complete replacement as the device that'll be provided isn't new and what's the guarantee that the replacement device will work flawlessly.

    I believe Opo is pathetic and can never hear their customers . Third party hcl and sginfotech don't even have east tool kit or flash files shows what they can do to my handset . A person who is dumb is handling my handset and then says now it's somewhere else u go
    Fetch it like I'm a dog ... So
    Tired of this phone did the worst mistake to buy it ... Replacement it mere no
    Options @Amazon is just a third party @Vikas if ur listening or have a social media team I wish u to
    Know that ur just giving a phone at cheap price and then ur showing he true colors

    @DhrumilSanghvi - I bought my phone on the 20th of March and got a dead pixel problem on the 29th of March, Luckily it was within the Amazon (10 days) warranty and I got my refund. Trust me, dead pixel is annoying af.
