Azlyxir , via OnePlus Nord Blue Marble , Feb 27, 2021 : Hello! Guys I'm a OnePlus Nord user. I play Genshin Impact in this phone. When I play the game with Medium graphics settings the internal temperature goes upto 43°C to 45°C . With the lowest graphics settings it remains in 39°C to 41°C. There is no lag in both of these graphics. But I want to know if 43°C to 45°C will damage the phone or is it perfectly fine?
Tilak G. , Feb 27, 2021 : Generally 35°-38° celcius is normal for device. Above 40° indicate to put phone ideal. Above 45° indicate to switch off phone for some time.
Mr. BG , Feb 27, 2021 : Don't worry, it won't damage your phone, they are designed to withstand higher temperatures, up to 50 degrees is no problem usually. Just keep in mind that long intensive gaming is causing your battery to heat/drain, and it reduces the life of your battery. It's advisable to play no longer than half an hour, not just for the phone, but also for your personal health
Azlyxir , via OnePlus Nord Blue Marble , Feb 28, 2021 : Thank you for your comment [e]1f44d[/e]. I usually play only for half an hour . The temperature rises that high only in 30 minutes. It's 41°C in 20 mins. and 43°C in 30 mins.
Mr. BG , Feb 28, 2021 : There is a simple rule, when it starts getting really warm in your hands, give it a rest

P1587474765556 , via OnePlus Nord , Mar 1, 2021 : Some times it's goes up to 12 hours of practice in codm
KluGe , Mar 1, 2021 : Correct for now, but a constantly higher temperature reduces the lifetime of the device.
Mr. BG , Mar 1, 2021 : That's not very healthy... Uhmm... That's also what I wrote, battery degradation, but you left that part out
