    Hi all,
As I didn't find a specific thread for this, I thought I could go ahead and post this ;)
What phone are you using now and why do you wanna upgrade to OnePlus One? I guess this would help the guys behind OnePlus in one way or another.
Coming to myself, I'm using an Xperia L at the moment and I wish to upgrade to OnePlus One because I need a more powerful, beautiful, faster phone coupled with good software :)

S3 updated to 4.3 which has in my humble opinion broken the phone and killed the battery life. wish i could go back to 4.1.1 but their knox software makes that an impossibility.

an awesome phone for under $400 is enough to get me off this sinking ship.

I am using an unlocked, S-off, HTC One with ARHD rom and ElementalX kernel.

As for why I want to upgrade? That's what I do. I'm a junkie for the latest tech, and the One+ One looks like it will be an improvement across the board.

Currently on Nexus 4, which has been my best phone by faaar.

    Reason to upgrade would be

    1. Significantly improved battery life
    2. Significantly better camera

    Hi @Akki!

I'm using an HTC Sensation with unofficial CM 10.2 now. Bought a Nexus 5 al launch but it was defective and after 2 replacements I asked for a refund. A very disappointing experience so I had to go back to the Sensation.

Smartphone manufacturers nowadays sell lots "crap-phones", they are so focused on profit that they don't care about quality and customer satisfaction. They prefer to spend their money in stupid marketing and advertising campaigns than in R&D? Good for them but I'm not gonna waste my money for some piece of crap with bloatware in it.

The guys at OnePlus want to change this way of thinking and that's why I'm waiting for OnePlus One launch. It's not only for a better camera or a better CPU, I will buy a OnePlus One to have a better user experience at the right quality/price ratio.

    Cheers!

    Great thread @Akki !

I'm currently using a OPPO N1, I want to upgrade to the OnePlus One because:
    - the N1 is too big in terms of bezels (screen is okay)
    - i miss the led notification light
    - how the hell could i miss the perfect phone!?

Nexus 5 here. Battery and camera look like an improvement but really I love supporting an underdog ;-)

I am still using old good Samsung Galaxy S Plus.

I would have changed it a year ago, but then I have found CM :) I really love the community on XDA for my device. I am rocking CM11 on the device, and even though hardware is extremely outdated, phone is very fluid and a pleasure to use.

Why to upgrade to OnePlus One? Because it is AWESOME and I have become addicted to it even before it is released :D

Galaxy Nexus. Yup, I'm still stuck with this ancient thing because Verizon's new plans are so bad & they refuse to work with me on keeping my current one to go with an upgrade. So I hope the OnePlus guys are hyping the real thing that they say they are so I can jump that ship.

Sony Xperia ZR. Coming from a captivate glide, i like the form factor and bigger screen (and after that and witnessing the S4, i like LCD infinitely better), but most importantly the battery life and the clean and smooth OS.

OPO is designed to be better in all these respects, so I'm there...

...plus, the captivate glide had a surprisingly good cam, while the ZR leaves something to be desired due to Sony's questionable processing algorithms.

    I have a Xperia Neo, I'm techno-addicted haha.
I need a good camera and quick interface and navigation.

Unfortunately, it almost sure won't be commercialized in Spain...

Same here, HTC One "64GB" Developers Edition, and actually its not upgrading as I may use both phones together, 2 things would make the 1+1 my daily driver over the HTC One
    1. Better battery life.
    2. Better Camera.

Nexus 4 and its dying slowly now. Don't trust it to last until the next nexus phone and why wait if the one plus already does everything I want.
