OnePlus can't fix third parties apps.
But if you are sure about it, use the feedback section on the community app to submit it directly to oneplus

Try to clean the whatsapp cache. If that doesn't work, contact whatsapp developers

WhatsApp works fine on my device running Android 11.
Apps are also updated, and some times also they break things that was working before.
Check on the playstore if there is a newer version available

@dsmonteiro the CS are at it again. Please escalate this.
I don't know why they help asking to create threads here in the forums.

The Customer Support rightfully directs users to the Community's feedback section to submit software related bugs, which then get treated as bug reports internally.

This is one of such cases. I've gone through the script with @Tom B. in the past and it's correct and straightforward. Unfortunately, some users misinterpret it and post and regular threads.

The cases where users are being incorrectly sent to the forums are also shared with the CS team for future improvement, but that's not the case here.

Ah. I get it. Maybe we should keep the "create thread" inside specific forum pages in the app, and hide it in the main page. Just like the website. But that's a whole different subject.
