Third Party Software WhatsApp chat problem Dec 4, 2020

    Hi everyone, I've some problem on chat when I use whatsapp. I suppose the problem was related by application...despite I upload it the bug continues...
    The bugs are mainly two.
    1. If I start to write on chat using JUST EMOJI, the "Sending" buttom doesn't work and becomes all green.
    2. The other bug is related to chat size, if I type some words and after use emoji, when these go down to a newline, the chat stucks on ONE right size and doesn't resize. So it's impossible to see what I'm writing below the first line of chat.
    Am I the only one who has that kind of bugs?? I'd like to know if the bug is related by Whatsapp or Oxygen OS.

    PS: If it's not clear I will try to upload screenshot and a little screen recording

    I use SwiftKey - never encountered such an issue.

    If you use search function you find a few topics describing this issue.


    Some say it's android 11 and. WhatsApp not being fully optimise.

    Some say it's gboard showing strange behavior and others just blame the 8T for it.


    As stated in in my combination of 8T, WhatsApp and SwiftKey keyboard - no issues.

    The meaning of telling to use "Gboard" is to avoid "Just Emoji".

    Clear cache won't help. You can work around the issue for now. Just click the space next to your emoji and the send button will show up.
