When is your OnePlus Nord pop up box getting shipped and delivered to you in India?

    Just show them Bluedart delivery invoice which shows the package weight. If the weight is below 300grams or something, that means it has something missing. If weight is below 200 grams, then for sure phone is missing.

    Hi guys, I ordered Nord PopUp Box on July 27 . I got tracking number. Today it was delivered, but i recieved the Nord Special Case alone in a package. The phone itself was not inside the package. OnePlus says phone will shipped in a separate box but no tracking number will be provided. There was only one tracking number, but when I check it says shipment delivered. But what abt the phone? What should i i do just with the case alone? OnePlus is not clear whether the phone is shipped or not. I have no clue on what should I do..

    The email contains the list of all items in the order. However, the invoice from Blue dart contains only the contents that was actually included.
    When i contacted support, i gave them that as the proof to confirm that the contents were not received.

    Updated what they had to say on my thread.
    Basically they said it was a Courier partner logistics error.
    And I'll be getting the phone and other contents of my pop-up box in a separate package.
    Defeats the purpose of Calling it a popup box at this point, more like an assemble it yourself pop-up kit. 🤷🏽‍♂️
    But it is what it is.

    You atleast got a reply from their end ! I have been trying to get in contact with their customer service till 9pm and never even got connected ! Email got a automatic reply of response within 48hrs Just that. This is perfect example of screwing up of loyal customer base

    Yeah, I didn't get an email response or get hold of customer service on chat. Just drove down to the store and spoke to them in person.

    Im facing the same issue, The tentative delivery date was set for 31st, I received the case alone, and no idea about the rest. The Cs person told me that it has been escalated to the concerned Team.
    Not sure what's happening here with shipping that isn't being disclosed or if they're just having a major logistical nightmare and a screw up on their end.

    I got the phone yesterday but with incomplete popup Box items.
    Further I am facing issue in connecting this device with my Red Club Membership. Following is the error appearing again and again.

    I don't know if this phone was given to someone else and now sent to me. So confused by OnePlus this time.
