    i am able to make calls but whenever someone calls me it tells that my phone is switched off when it's not. I have tried the sim in a different handset it receives calls normally but not in mine OnePlus 6. please help

    same happen with me even sometime the data is automatically switches from sim 1 to sim 2

    in call settings> additional settings>call waiting (disable call waiting)

    open calling window press 3 dots on right most top edge , then u will get settings

    you are not getting my point my problem is that mobile data switches automatically from sim 1 to sim 2 and then my sim 1 lose its connection
