You have just to check the 5G network and bands which are available in your country among these 5G: N1, N3, N7, N28, N78 on Nord. One of them or one of yours could be missing. Matter of luck 😊

G_Faiz_Khan_BanN , via OnePlus Nord , Dec 3, 2020 : Hello, I'm having problems with 5G on my Oneplus Nord device. Operator has enabled 5G subscription for me and uses N28 band. However even in an area of 5G coverage (working for users with other 5G devices) my Oneplus Nord does not show any indication of 5G support. Any inputs what to do? The sole purpose of buying this phone was to try 5G but seems it doesn't actually support 5G at all.

FirasEjaz , via OnePlus Nord , Dec 7, 2020 : It's got nothing to do with luck, he was referring to a bug which many OnePlus nord devices have at the moment. Oneplus have currently acknowledged the bug, but are unable to reproduce the issue, since not all nord devices have the issue. they acknowledged it a month ago.
