    in other threads of same issue, it is mentioned myjio app is causing the issue, but in my device this app is not installed and still issue persists

    Now even one plus community app is not working. It is starting but not loading. Don't know what's the matter.

    I have never used, nor have I ever heard of the Myjio app. So how can that be the issue?
    There are now half a dozen threads on the dialler issue on the Bugs forum, what are Oneplus doing about it? This really isn't the new customer service model we were all promised.
    The dialler functionality is so fundamental, I don't understand how these flaws can be ignored.
