Which is better for long term charging?

I noticed that when charging my OP 7 Pro with my M1 Macbook Pro charger it says "Charging rapidly" instead of Warp Charge (assuming because it's proprietary). I heard that charging with a MacBook charger charges with power delivery meaning less watts so I was wondering if long term it's better to charge this way than using War Charge?

Slow charging definitely increase the battery life, but 30W charging is not bad for battery at all.

Oh I know, I've had the phone for over a year now so I just thought that since it's been a while I should just slowly charge from now until there's another notchless hole punchless phone out there

Is the Optimised charging option available, like 8 series devices have, I find it slow the charging speed according to the usage (not sure).

Me personally used OP5 more than 3 years with dash charger(20W) and that time people used to say 20W will decrease the battery life but nothing like that happened.

Fast charging does affect health of the battery a little in the long run but it's nothing like people makes it out to be. This misconception took off even more exaggeratedly when iPhone users kept trying to defend their 5watt charger in the box....guess, grapes were really sour for those iphone foxes !

Stop thinking about it unless you plan to keep using the phone beyond 3 years or something,

There exists something called a battery replacement.

I'd would not want to factory reset my data (which apparently you have to do if you fix with OnePlus)

Make a backup just to be on the safe side regardless. Back it up to Drive.
