Everyone has different needs, so it's subjective. There is no "best rom". Every rom dev works hard for it, so let's not do that.

I've used CM Nightlies, Temasek and Sultan's. All are CM based. I've settled on Sultan's as my daily driver on both OPO & OPX. Coming from an OPO to OPX I'm a CM Profiles junkie, so if you are looking for a stable pure vanilla Marshmallow with CM experience, Sultan's is Highly Recommended !

I'm on the official CM13 with sultans camera HAL and it's great. Anything else than OxyOS :)

Definitly not oxygen it's really buggy, I'd say: for People who want Stock Android and not a lot of extra functions, paranoid Android. For People who want a lot of extra functions go for CM 13. Either way use sultan's HAL.

Turbo-ROM. Great battery life and fully configurable kernel, layers, Turbo tweaks blah blah...

Try them all and see for yourself

Used Exodus for a while but now using Temasek's CM with slim gapps and bluespark kernel (and supersu). It's stable, fast and battery efficient (I get around 4 hours of screen on time).

Also there's loads of customisation options, but everything is easy to find in settings and doesn't feel bloated, so if you don't need certain mods they won't be in the way either.

I'm a happy camper on version 8.8, there's a 9.0 and 9.2 version out as well, but (judging from users comments at least) they don't seem too stable yet.

Do banking apps work when I install a new ROM? Will CM13 fix the Bluetooth issue?

    I am new to this.
