    I was vegetarian for many years as a teenager and at least one year vegan, but I love beef! About twice a year I would wake up in the middle of the night and eat almost all the roast beef leftovers. :) Now I don't deny myself any food... just moderation.

    Tiny intro: I'm a vegan since a year and a half, and I didn't make the transition from vegetarian, I went straight to vegan, probably because of me making the connection quite late :/

    Anyways, is there someone interested in sharing recipes and/or photos about food? I'd start myself, but I just ate my meal so yea ahah

    I hope some of you fellow veg*s are still on the forums!

    Better than nothing! I user to hate vegetables, but now I realise I was just being a crybaby and I love all of them!

    That's great! Since a couple of months my family is too, they decided to follow me!

    I noticed a lot of people in my university campus are vegetarian or vegan. When I went to collective study week with the Belgian marxist youth (Comac), nearly all the meals were vegan, with some vegetarian options. There were only 2 times in the whole week there was meat.

    But I didn't mind. I was kind of perplexed by the amount of variation in the meals.

    Just wow! Here in Venice, where I'm studying, the best vegan meal university's cafeteria can offer is a plate of rice with tomato sauce and boiled carrots... my city definitely has to step up it's game!

    But I guess it's something ahah

    You're imagining things, I'm afraid lol
