    If Usps loses the package when it goes around the mountain and through the woods, who is responsible for it? oneplus or usps I wouldn't want that to happen

    Ultimately, USPS is responsible for losing something that they accepted for delivery, but that doesn't mean that it's our responsibility to deal with them. OnePlus can hold USPS accountable, but we can only hold OnePlus accountable.

    OnePlus chose USPS as the carrier (something I would never do) and chose the method of shipping. They also insured the order. We cannot make an insurance claim through USPS; only the shipper can. If the order doesn't show up, there's nothing that we can do; only OnePlus is in a position to resolve it.

    Thankfully my order came safely. The insurance only covers 100 bucks so yeah.
