    It is just a new privacy notification,..
    There is no need to worry,..
    You can clear cache of WebEx or reinstall it.
    You can also check the permissions for WebEx :)

    I think the problem here is a extra notice of some reason. I don't get an extra "null" notice on my phone on beta 8.
    Here is a sample with Facebook messenger. No null in this case.
    Does this null notice happen on multiple apps or only some?

    Try resetting the device app permissions, and allow them only for the apps of your choice
