Who to complain to about OnePlus' trade-in scheme? via OnePlus 8

    When I purchased my OnePlus 8 in May, I took advantage of OnePlus' trade-in scheme and sent in my old iPhone. Despite contacting OnePlus several times, I've still not received my money. So, is anyone aware of a UK regulator which would deal with a complaint?

    I am currently waiting for my trade in too, I'm currently on week 9 of my trade in going on week 10 now

    I have had a escalated case for 4+ weeks and support always tells me to wait for a email, I've been told 5 days 4 days, 2 days, 10 hours and most recently on Tuesday I was told 5 hours it's now Thursday I haven't received a email and this point the support team are useless for helping the case.

    Any sort of complaint company example to go to would be helpful as support are not helping
