With the recent internet leak the OnePlus 6 is coming officially on Wednesday, who's seriously thinking about picking up the OnePlus 6? and what are you currently using?

Initial sources pries will start out at $621.26 (€519) for the 64GB model and the 128GB model costing $681.11 (€569).

    New leak shows:
A notched display, a thin bezel on the bottom, vertically mounted dual-cameras on the back, a flash, and a rear fingerprint sensor. The standard alert slider is now placed on the right side of the phone while a headphone jack is still int he features.

I currently have an unlocked S8 for daily while my second line is still sporting the OPO.
I'm considering getting rid of the S8 and picking this OP6.. thoughts?

I'm seriously thinking about the OP6. It's difficult to find a unique phone on the market that has a top of the line processor (I hate waiting for apps and the phone to respond with slower processors and RAM) with a good battery and reasonable price. My current phone, BB Passport, has a similar battery and it's been great for a couple days use. I've been looking to switch and there are many features of the OP6 that meet my criteria. My other phone is on its way out... thus, the OP6 is the most interesting option available at this point (I refuse to get iphone and I'm not keen on Samsung).

I am currently planning on purchasing one. Currently using a MotoX Pure Edition (2015). The notch doesn't bother me. kind of want to see the price of the 256gb with 8 gb of RAM if it is an option. Can't wait to see the official info.

I have a 5T and I don't see myself getting the 6, unless I somehow win one free lol. But still, my 5T runs amazing and apart from some bugs in OxygenOS which can be fixed, I don't see any reason for upgrading.,maybe apart from the camera. (maybe)

Ya its gonna a real decision to make.. for everyone i think unless like some of you guys already need an upgrade.
I have to say if its water resistant ill probably get it.. not that i plan on getting it went but that's one feature that leaned me on getting the S8 instead of the 5 at the time, the other was value..

    stop with this stupid conversion...
    OP5T: 499$ and 499€
So if the OP6 cost 519€, it will cost around 519$, and not 620$

The latest report says otherwise on the price.. not sure where your getting your numbers from but there is a Euro to dollar conversation and its not 1:1.. talk about stupid..
regardless on price.. its still a chunk of change..

Just check about OP5T, OP5 and all other oneplus smartphone, it's always almost 1:1 conversion.
Why? Just because taxes are included in EU price and not in US price that's why 519$ = les in € but if you add the taxes, you have 519€.

So the OP6 will cost 519$ or very close

Maybe by the time I have enough referral points to get one, but otherwise I'll stick with my 5. I don't upgrade phones that regularly. I'll use them for about 3 years and then swap

Having had the opportunity to buy a Pixel 2 XL from a neighbor for a very good price, I'd say that there are little chances of me buying the OP6. Most probably I'll wait until they offer buyout/discount for the Pixel 3 XL.

I'm planning to buy a OnePlus6 and I hope there will be a OnePlus6 with 256 gb. Currently I have a midrange Samsung and now I want a flagship killer!!

I still dont think your doing your math right..
if you add tax to the EU number it increases to match, as you are saying, the US dollar amounts.. hmm... so not 519 but 620.. anyhow you go argue this with yourself.. thats not the subject of this thread.

Not with that price. I was sold on the $500 range, and a flagship killer, but this is just too much and I'm not sure it's going to be a killer anymore.

Since I first saw the OP6 I liked it. One of the few people that actually likes the notch [e]1f60a[/e]

Now I have a S6 Edge, was my first Samsung and it's actually a good phone. I have tried on a few roms from XDA and now it's running a custom S8 port-rom (with working face unlock!).
It's running smoothly and battery-life is better than on stock.

Anyway, having seen the OP6 I really am planning on buying it (or getting it with a plan). Still amazes me when I mention the phone that most people don't know the brand.

What I like a lot from OP is that there are a lot of roms available for them to try out in "later life". And of course the news that Android P beta will be available right away for the 6!

Having seen all the "leaks" and presumed specs the 6 will be a beast as they say compared to my S6 [e]1f601[/e]

The price on Amazon.de was with tax included (like every products on Amazon in EU) so it will be ~519$ in US

Germany has 19% VAT included, USA prices do not (as they vary per state)

    119% = €519.00
    100% = €436.00
    €436.00 = $519.00
