    Is your bootloader unlocked?

    No, i didn't flash any os manually, but once activated developer options and then deactivated it.

    Turn off OEM unlocking and USB debugging in developer mode. If you have turned them on.

    tried already, turned off oem unlocking and usb debugging and then turned off developer mode, even then its reading as rooted device

    "My jio" (network provider app )and other one is "study IQ" , even gpay is running fine, but these two apps are showing this after the new update that came on playstore

    Then contact the app developers if the update via play store created a problem.
    They might have messed up something.
