Well said. However, having said that, if the cameras on a certain phone is slightly disappointing or the battery life is not long enough is one thing. Rattling and having the feeling of a phone not being well crafted or constructed is another. I'll still purchase this phone once I get the invite and hopefully it will be fine.

Nope. Putting the other side of the story on the table. People should make up their own minds.

I can only speak from second hand experience. A family friend got his OPO a few days ago and I got my hands on it a couple of days ago for 5-10 minutes and was very, very impressed. Build quality is great and the phone looks wonderful. It seemed smooth and was great to use. I asked him yesterday what he thought. He said that it is the best phone he has had by FAR and was much better than his nexus 5. His only issues where the gestures not working properly and when changing orientation it was often slow to respond to the change.

He is very fussy with phones and that is enough for me. I WANT ONE

Well...this is the OPO forum, so of course OPO issues will be posted here.
If we want to see G3 issues, we would go to G3 forum, wouldn't we?

I wouldn't trade unless it was a 1 for 1. And even then I'd just turn around and sell the g3 for $500 and just get another opo. I've seen a bunch of ppl commenting on their problems but my opo has been awesome

I take that back. I have had these problems too. But turning off gestures saves battery life anyway so that's what I did.

I think the L3 is the phone who might be compared to the OPO

Yes it appears lots of people turn off the gestures and seems a good solution to something that just is not that important.
