Why are Ratchet and Clank games only on consoles ? Feb 26, 2016

I know that playstation owns that title, but i'm still curious why not make it for pc aswell ?
I'm pretty sure many people would love to play that game, but not so many people know about it
I'm talking ofcourse about the master PC race's majority.
I only know about the Ratchet and Clank games from psp, and i loved them, i still have an emulator for my android and pc where i play them.
If they made it open world or more open like Daxter did for psp they would have a great potential for a PC game.

But do i really will have to wait a bunch of years untill a ps4 emulator comes out so i can play those games ?
