    I just bought a OnePlus 8t about 10 days and i have suffered a lot while downloading apps from play store. I am not able to download apps above 150mb from play store . The sad part is i cant even connect to the OnePlus team. I really need my problem to to be sorted.

    Well i didn't get it solved yet, can you please ask your team to contact me as soon as possible cause i can't contact them as they don't want to talk to customers i guess. Please make this process fast before i lose hope on OnePlus

    Yeah I'm not very happy about it either bud. I have the 8 pro. Which is a 1,500$ phone here in Canada. Not being able to download apps? Completely unacceptable.

    If it's not resolved in a week I will be switching back to samsung for sure.

    I even tried calling the customer service but all they do is make me wait for 20 mins and then disconnect my call. I was not expecting this from OnePlus

    Trust me I've tried everything. There's nothing you can do until they release another update to fix the bug.
