I just cant stream or download the 1080p quality videos on my prime video app. This started from yesterday evening. I have called prime video but they were not able to solve this. This is very annoying thing. Could anyone please confirm what may be the issue and how @OnePlus is going to solve this?
    Thanks.

This has become a common issue with Widevine security. You should submit a bug report to OnePlus via the feedback forum. The unified Widevine thread also has some suggestions, but they don't work for everyone:

[UNIFIED] Widevine support is downgraded from L1 to L3 - No HD Streaming - OnePlus Community

Hey, Some of the users has suggested that
    1. Turn off and on the biometric option from the Google play.
    2. Switch off the phone. press the volume down and power button.
    3. Then wipe data and cache.

I have one doubt- After wiping data and cache , does all the data will be gone and phone will be reset to factory reset?

    Please clarify

Yes, going into the recovery menu and clearing data and cache will factory reset the phone, and could fix your issue. But clearing only the cache will not factory reset, though it will have no effect as there is no recovery partition in phones since the OP6.

Also, there are other suggestions such as turning on biometrics in the play store app, or reinstalling the current OOS version over itself.

Download DRM Checker. If it lists Widevine as L3, that's the reason.
