I need help from you guys. There is been an exclamatory sign at network bar icon for a while. And it’s causing problem in data speed/ connectivity. Pushing a restart it brings me normal scenario. But after a while it again comes back. What should I do? I need your advice.

It means your data connection is off.

*EDIT......your data connection is unavailable (see the next comment by @stark2991_PL). Contact your network provider.

No, it means that the data connection is unavailable. When data connection is off, there is "x" mark above the signal icon.

After viewing this thread, it seems it way old issue and resurfacing frequently. I have encountered it after latest update on OnePlus 3T. It is irritating, the network seems unstable and particular to data connection. Flagship phone having such problem is surprising and worried to recommend OnePlus to others.

There is one problem with these kind of issues - it's hard to determine if it's manufacturer's fault or your carrier's fault. Because it can be carrier's fault.
