Why does the photo have lines?

When I take a photo with the camera, there appear to be parallel lines which do not disappear even after focussed. Can anyone tell me why are there parallel lines in the photo?

Is it the gridlines from camera you are talking about? if yes, you can turn them off from settings

Do you see the lines later on the picture? If yes: contact the customer service.

If not: these lines are a feature of the app, they are a artificial horizon and help you to hold your device horizontal while taking the pic.

As said above, you can switch them off in settings.

Yep, contact support. This might be a hardware defect. Tried to clear cache/data from that app? Often works wonders. If that doesn't help, ask customer service please.
