Why does the Touch screen loses its sensitivity after it is connected to the power source?

Whenever I connect my OnePlus 2 to the power source and start using it, I feel the Touch sensitivity is not as good as before. Is this an hardware issue or software issue?

This started happening for me after oxygen OS 2.1.2, was fine in 2.1.1 so probably just a software issue which will hopefully be fixed by an update

This is a grounding issue. Go to oneplus and ask them for a replacement right away.

This is not just an op2 problem my opo also has this problem. From my research the cpu is responsable for processing the charge. Which could slow down everything

It's that grounding issue. I've had an HP tablet face the same issue before.

Even some nexus phones are known to be affected.

My phone is working fine, apart from that one problem. What if the replacement piece has even more faults, can't trust one plus. Hopefully, it should be fixed with a software update
