Why I feel cheated by OnePlus (Oppo and Plath) Jan 8, 2015

First to the mods please don't censur or delete me .
I will not break the rules.

So I am pretty happy with my OnePlus.
I love this phone I think it is the best one.
Loved the marketing you made .
Love the signature NEVER SETTLE.

But today is like finding that your girlfriend cheated on you with her ex.

I read here and there about the support problems and some phones were with defects and that your comapny was closely affiliated with oppo even the name was similar but I didnt pay much attention and bought.

To continue the analogy . lt is like when you hear for your girlfriend she sleeps around and has some bad habits. But I went on with the relationship.

Now I don't speak chinese but I got curious what was the chinese writing in the back case so after translating I found it read Plath technology.
I open up wikipedia and it says Plath is 100% by Oppo , everyone can check this 100% owened by Oppo.

And it happens that if you search for plath oneplus and oppo you get the financial statement that shows that OnePlus is 100% owned by Oppo.

Then if you dig deeper you find that this website is owned by oppo .It is them who bought it and all kinds of stuff that relate to Oppo.
And when you look that most emplyees are from Oppo the Ceo was from oppo the phone it self is similar to " find 7". This just seem just like the italian mafia with people comming on the front opening big businesses showing up in tv and new but in the back you have the actual owners who are counting the money.

Now I would understand if they said we are a branch of oppo , we are experimenting this new idea of a seperate branch producing only one hell of a phone I would have no problem with that.

But lying to my face we have no affiliation with Oppo.

But yes I was vice president there
Yes we make our phone at their fabrique
Yes most our workerks come from oppo
Yes some of our investors are from oppo.

I dont understand this complexity to not accept the truth.
Or maybe I do and I dont like it what you do to the people who trusted you .
And trust will always be the most important thing in business and in life.

I dont have all the facts Oppo and OnePlus do but time will tell.

Hi guys and girls , thank you for replying , to the people who actually had something to say.

I think OnePlus could use this post at least about the poll which was split 50 50. Even though most posts said they dont care a little weird it looks to me.

What I wanted to say again is I love the phone but now I dont trust OnePlus as a company anymore. Thay had a chance to be like apple in the beggining when they where created : naive and idealistic, and that it actually stood for something , that is something you trust and respect.
But IT IS BUSINESS AS USUALm
Meaning ok you got me a deal but I am watching out I dont really trust you.
And dont bullshit me anymore with your never settle and other saying like that duck you.

LAST UPDATE:
Now after sleeping on this, I actually sounded like a duck .
But anyway the main point is still valid besides all that.
