    I completely hate One plus one because of poor technical support. If you find a product defective or not satisfied , hell , you are stuck with the product. It is very difficult to reach them, even if you find them, you will asked 110 questions, finally your request is not accepted and can not return the product. Better go for bigger companies like samsung, lenovo, amazon, Toshiba, asus. When it comes to returns , bigger companies take it back with a smile on their face. One plus one products anyways including all accessories look cheaper next to the renowned companies. BIGGER IS BETTER

    Try again to contact customer support. If you don't get a timely answer and resolution also post on their Facebook page that you are not getting any assistance.

    I think that It's a great phone and I have none of those issues. The one major screwup that they made and I possibly did in buying it, was in not having it support CDMA. I knew that full well going in, and if it turns our to be as big of a flub as I think it may be... shame on me.

    I used to love this phone but because of the issues mentioned in your post, i hate and cannot wait to get a proper phone with a proper OS installed

    Please don't take this in a negative way, but have you made any mods, flashed different roms or anything? Is it 100% stock?
    I sold mine to a friend, and she has had zero issues. If yours is 100% stock, then by all means, request an RMA because you got a defective one. PITA, but I wouldn't put up with a bum device.

    Hi I am Priyanth from a town near Bangalore, India. Since my first day of phone receiving I had trouble with other people hearing me on normal mode. They can hear me if I go on loudspeaker. After factory resetting for several times as per suggestion of 1+ executives, I gave phone for repair and this is what happened

    Visit 1) 20 March 2015 They said there is some dust on the mic set, cleaned it and gave phone back and the problem still persisted

    Visit 2) 1st April 2015 After using the phone in the same way for 10 days, gave my phone for repair

    Visit 3) 21st April 2014 Collected my phone back and realized that the problem is unresolved

    Visit 4) 22nd April 2015 Gave my phone back to the service center. Now the phone had a new problem along with MIC issue, phone overheating.

    Visit 5) 26th May 2015. I got a MSG from service center telling phone is ready for delivery and I visited the Service center and they said they are checking for repair quality and asked for 3 more days. Then why the hell did I receive the SMS

    Visit 6) 29th May 2015. I collected the phone and OMG, the problem is still there.

    I have been Communicating with VISHAL and LAURA over email and all what I can hear is that they are sorry for the inconvenience, who the hell wants there sorries, I want my damn phone repaired or replace it.

    Now all what I demand is
    1) I want my phone to be replaced as I dont see any other replaceable part to get replaced
    2) I want my warranty to be extended by 2 months as they phone was with them for that period

    I have the audio files of the conversations I had with Executives on Customer support and even they acknowledge the problem they had when I was on MIC. But I am unable to upload them here now.

    What do u guys think I should be doing??

    This is supposed to happen. Its called "prevent accidental wake-up". It checks proximity sensor prior to waking up the screen so that accidental wake-ups don't occur in situations like taking out the phone out of pocket. You can just disable it in Settings>Display>Prevent accidental wake-up.
