Can you try checking this using another app? The system settings is notorious for showing weird storage info. You could try diskinfo app from play store.

I assume there is nothing suspicious inside when you click on it, so it could actually be the system that is taking so much space. While it is now considered normal for system to take ~ 30gb of space thanks to Google's partitioning goof up, 60gb seems like a bit too much. Have you tried rebooting your device to see if it is a glitch or buildup of some temporary data?

I am unsure if we can dig further into it unless you have root acces on your device. So rebooting, clearing cache and maybe even a factory reset would be the only things we can try here.

I've already tried clearing cache and stuff but it's still the same unfortunately i have to go with factory reset
