Why you guys willingly making oneplus 6 slow?

After the android 11 update performance drastically fallen to half?

Why is it and when will you fix it?

It's been more than a year android 11 rolled out yet no proper android 11 rom for one plus 6 user..

    Don't neglect your old customers.

    There is huge performance drop.

    Hey,

did you perform a factory reset after the major update?
I always did it in the past with my Samsung, Sony, OnePlus and Google Devices and I never faced any issues.

I'd like to see it reach the same benchmark scores because that's what we're going for here...

    Not normal everyday performance.

I don't buy device, etc for or on base of benchmarks,..
Benchmark values are too easy to manipulate.

You need to take into consideration the wear and tear of the hardware. For example, if the battery inside the phone is old and can't give the SoC all the power it needs, then the numbers will be lower...

Okay, then it isn't the battery... It's something else. A factory reset might increase the numbers... But don't expect to hit A10 numbers anymore.

The 6 was launched with Oreo 8.1
No wonder it's getting slow now.
