    It seems the data which is high, the App size looks fine though. Have you recently(last 30 days) deleted lot of media/image files, can you check if anything in 'Recently deleted' from Gallery app?

    Please also check the cache size from the Telegram app(storage usage) if you have installed.

    Mine is similar once I add up the Audio, Video and Images together it comes close to the Media Storage App info. You can get slight discrepancies as a Megabyte is 1024Kb

    The drive Storage breaks it down into categories Audio, Video and Images. The Storage Media App info sees it all as one Media entity.

    Media storage is a system app and that app size is 56 KB(as per first screen) but data size is 71 GB which is just a total sum of user driven data.... sadly only way to cross check if any doubt is factory reset 🙂
