    You have probably enabled logs.

There is a way to disable it. I forgot the exact code sequence, but you can search for it in the forum.

For now, find the OnePlus folder in internal storage and delete it.

*#800#, this will enter the log kit, turn off anything in here that's turned on, and tap the bin to clear all existing oem_logs.

I really don’t understand where all that storage went. They to clear cache in recovery, maybe that will solve it, I’m a bit out of options for the rest tbh

I was just thinking, did you ever got some message that you were low on storage?

you want to clear the cache of the file manager first and see if that changes anything and reboot

Open file manager>3 dots(right upper corner)> settings>show hidden files turn it on then head to the internal storage portion and delete all folders starts with . And if you find any folder which not belongs to you like logs, ota etc etc delete them all.
If it won't work try resetting your phone.
If it won't work try hard reset (switch off your phone then press and hold volume up+power button and then wipe data)
If it won't work visit nearest service center, it definitely works. said:

ps: backup your data before reset.
