Why won't customer services reply properly and escalate my case?

    Sadly customer support is crappy and the phone is no great shakes either... Not a good combination for company longevity to be sure! I bought one but I'll never buy another.

    It's such a shame. It really had so much potential and you'd think that they'd try and learn from their mistakes but it seems like they're digging themselves a great big hole. It's funny that a lot of people on their official forum agree, but i guess if coming here if the only way to get help, what else can you do?!

    After lots of emails, during 3 weeks, I finally got to RMA, and have a replacement phone. When I tried to use it for the first time... Touchscreen issues! Now I have to go through the process all over again. Another two or three weeks for a phone I've never even used once.
    And then they admit (are they?) that maybe there are some hardware problems!

    Thanks - weirdly enough they haven't emailed me this working week. Its like they're purposely working out how to avoid a return in the grace period.
