I have the 5T & 6, the only 2 with rear FPS. Using the 5T 8/128gb as my daily driver.

Reason I got the 6 was I managed to lay my hands on the red version.

curved displays are so so so stupid

    negatives

    less durable
    added glare
    colour shift on curves
    distorted images
next to impossible to get decent screen protectors (glass)
    more expensive

    positives

    none

it's just a gimmick I returned my 7 pro because of it, will never be buying another OnePlus phone as long as they put a curved display on it.

they make curved screens as that is what the majority of people want.i prefer flat screens etc but trying this is quite good . it keeps the size of the phone down .
but don't stop using the phone because of it .it has a lot to offer and maybe they may make a flat screen one again.

I've had my 12/256 Aurora Blue OP 7 Pro since release. It's the best phone I've owned, period. Arguably the only thing it still lags behind relative to other flagships is the camera, and even that has gotten good enough that I don't bother downloading GCam. Meanwhile, the display is so good, it ruins all other display experiences. The performance is buttery smooth. Oxygen OS has all the features I want (screen off gestures and 3-finger swipe screenshot should be standard on all phones), and none that I don't. The alert slider is awesome. This phone is what the Pixel should aspire to be, frankly.

I'm not one to keep up with the Joneses or feel I need the latest and greatest. With that said, I will NOT be buying the OP7.

    Hi.
I switched from 3t, which I loved (battery was more or less dead, otherwise I would still use it), so I bought this one, as I hoped that camera will be better, since it has 3 vs 2 cameras on 1+7.
Camera is ok, but Samsung 9!!! has it much better.
Well Im especialy not happy about its size and weight (its too big and I have fairly big hands, so with one hand I have to realy manouver to reach left up corner to X-close some apps).
It also hardly fits in my pocket (feels very uncomfortable), but the main problem for me is curved glass!
I bought carbon case with it, but it doesnt protect side glass, so in case if you hit an edge (like a stair) Im afraid it will not survive.
Display is nice, but on the other hand drains battery faste(er) and I personally would always go for better battery life.
Im considering change for 7, but Im not sure, if I want to wait for new phone and go through all transfer thing again.

Reason NOT to buy is that OnePlus comes out with new phones every six months.

love the one plus 7 pro. Camera can take some great pictures ,they can be adjusted in settings so no problem . battery is great , screen ,great it's just a fantastic phone , updates get better and better . Don't like bloatware , had all that with Samsung. It could have wireless charging , but don't feel the need for it . Would like a decs style programme to connect to computer ,
the new iPhone and Note 10 are coming out soon , but the one plus 7 pro can stand up to them . just keep the improvements in the software coming . Great Phone , looking forward to learning more about it.

    would buy-
    screen resolution
    screen refresh rate
    no notch
value (even though it is outside its normal OnePlus ways)
    dual speakers
    warp charging
    -trade in
    -ease of use
    -speed in all aspects

    wouldn't buy-
-size (even at my size, the phone is WAY too big. the 6 was possibly perfect). ALTHOUGH, it's an amazing looking screen as a whole.
    - no audio jack ( kind of a neg, but not really now, times change, I understand).
-lack of 3rd party upgrades compared to main competition.
    - curved screen even though it looks great. I rather have a straight screen for many reasons.

that's all I can think of right now.
after all this, I bought one an will keep it for a long time.
