Same problem here on a 7 Pro
I've had this problem for a few weeks now and after contacting the customer support, I received a meager reply containing a request to send my phone in to a service center for repair.

To be honest, I am not sure I can trust this service, and on the other hand, I don't want to leave my phone to this service center for 10-14 days.

Does someone have a solution how I can get back to L1.
I've already tried some of the tricks people recommended me, like clearing cache, uninstalling netflix app and even delete my fingerprints (don't understand this one🤷🏼‍♂️).

I too am facing the same issue. One thing I observed is this happened exactly 2 years after purchase. Can anyone else confirm this?
