Currently no. There are reports of CM13 (cyanogen mod) getting it to work though apparently they had to use unconventional methods (see a thread discussing that here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/help/wifi-calling-t3399287).

Contrary to what has been said in this thread you do not need to have a device which is locked to T-Mobile to support wifi calling. This isn't something I read somewhere, or heard from another source; I owned a Nexus 6 before this OnePlus3, which I bought from the Google Play Store (hence it is unlocked and not tied to T-Mobile), and wifi calling worked.

Does this mean OP can update wifi calling at a later date? I'm not sure, but I am hopeful.

You enable developer settings and then type in wifi calling in the search bar in settings.

This is the only reason i have not purchased the OnePlus 3. I currently use a Nexus 6 and was looking to update the 6p but desided to wait for the OP3 since I do like the OP phones I owned the OPO and gave it to my father after I upgraded to the Nexus. They are great phones for the price. If Wi-Fi calling is added before the next version of the Nexus comes out I'll pull the trigger if not I might just go with the next Nexus.

Not true. It works fine on a non-T-Mobile HTC 10. Unlocked phones can work if they are setup properly.

I just purchased the 3T and can confirm that Wi-Fi calling works on the TMO network.

WiFi calling seems to work on the T-Mobile network, but on a OP3T running OOS 4.1.3, the phone still loses the VoWiFi connection every time the data connection drops.

I tired below steps someone posted. I am facing same issue though my operator supports wifi calling.

    #######
VoWiFi drops when the phone loses cellular signal.

1: Phone is connected to WiFi, showing cellular signal and connected to VoWiFi.

2: Moved to a location without cellular signal, but with WiFi still connected. When the cellular signal drops, the phone drops the VoWiFi connection as well.

3: Moved back into a location that has cell coverage. When cellular service is regained, the phone reconnects to VoWiFi.

4: WiFi signal remains connected and strong throughout this occuring. Pings to the phone from another device show no drops during the issue.

This is very big problem with OnePlus. Immediately needed a break fix release from your end. I am not really sure what ROM team is up to... Support responds back with "we will add to backlog list for ROM team"
