After updating to android 11 (Oxygen OS 11.HD65BA) wifi is connecting and disconnecting.
WIFI connection isn't stable. You can't play any game any more or listen to digital streams

    Hello Dipjyoti,

After searching a while I've found the following workaround.
At home I have 2 wireless networks running on the same router, one at 2.4 Ghz and one at 5 GHz.
Once both ssids have been connected, I afterwards get the phenomenon that the 2.4 Ghz SSID performs a connect and disconnect every 5 seconds. As soon as I forget the 5 GHz SSID on my Oneplus 7T phone, no more connect and disconnect is performed from the 2.4 GHZ SSID wireless network.
There are apparently still some who have problems with unstable wifi after running the android 11 update. Perhaps they also have 2 different SSIDs running on their router?
I also have a tablet that does not exhibit that problem after an Android 11 update.
Hopefully this is useful info to investigate the problem further.

    Hello Dipjyoti,

Unfortunately after installing the update the wifi connect/disconnect issue is still existing.
I also note that since my upload of the debug info to the shared google drive, no one from your department has taken it down. The user is kindly asked to provide debug info so that you guys can analyze and fix it. It's kind of demotivating then when you guys don't even bother to download the files and notify the user of the result. I can only hope that in the near future you will better inform the users who make the effort to provide debug info.

Made an account because I have been dealing with this for days. I have bills to pay by phone and do not have mobile data in my area, unvelievably frustrating. I don't know where else to turn for assistance with the issue.

My OnePlus 7t also has same issue. After so many complaint seems OnePlus is not even replying. I think now it's time to opt-out OnePlus mobile.

    Hello Dipjyoti,

Today I received from Customer Support, signed by Sam Watson, a mail asking me to contact the Customer Support concerning Case ID: 210404-000785 (WIFI connects and disconnects after updating android 11)

    Snippet from the mail:
In the previous record, we noticed that your concern was addressed by our team.
If the issue still persists to avoid delay in response request you to contact us via call or a chat so that your issue will be addressed without any delay.

First of all I don't understand why Customer Support is asking me again to contact Customer Support if they have received already all the necessary information for solving the problem.

Nevertheless, I opened via this link https://www.oneplus.com/global/support/contact a new case
    with number 210404-000785.

Hopefully, through this new effort by the brave consumer, we will finally get the answer we are deserving of as customers.

I had the same issue sir, but resetting your network and bluetooth settings + restarting and, making sure if you have 2 different ssid running on 1 router like 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz, only connect to one of them, and (Forget) the other one,. the 2.4 Ghz fixed my issue, so i hope it fixes your's too.

There is a typo in the new case ID, which should be 210503-000150.
In the meantime I received from Customer Support (Scot Miller) a mail with the following content snippet:

Please do not worry our developer will surely fix the issue. but since it is a time-consuming process. I would kindly request you to wait until then.

Apparently, we still have to be patient

Same problem has been happening with me since the android 11 update. Kind provide with the correct measure or a new update to solve this issue. It's really tiresome checking connection of wifi over and over again as it disrupts the efficiency of working. Please provide possible solution ASAP.
