    Goto setting>system> Reset options>Reset wifi, mobile &bluetooth.
    Then restart and erase cache.
    This might help, if not we have to wait for hotfix from oneplus.

    After the recent SW update, I'm facing the issue of Wifi frequently disconnecting and connecting. My other devices are working fine with the same wifi network.
    I have seen many users facing the same issue.
    Please provide a solution if anybody finds any.

    Settings/ WiFi & Network/ WiFi/ WiFi Preferences/ Intelligently select the best WiFi.

    Disable it.

    If your router doesn’t list 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands with separate SSIDs, then ‘forget’ the 5GHz connection.

    Reboot, if necessary.

    Hello Guys,

    Is anyone facing wifi automatically switching to another network on their Op 7 pro after getting Android 11 update?
    Actually since I have updated to Android 11 on my device my phones keeps on switching to mobile data automatically from wifi and then connect back to the wifi. I have turned off all the smart wifi feature and automatically switching in wifi settings but still this issue is there and it's very prominent and this switching happens very frequently like every 2 mins.

    Can anyone support me in resolving this issue?

    Same problem here since Update to 11.0.002!
    It's annoying but in the meantime the ONLY way to good (...) is to cut all Wi-Fi-connections except one (2.4 or 5GHz) and just let your ONE+ connect to even this one Wi-Fi!
    In my case after updating to my phone even switches between the two AccessPoints (Office, 2 floors, system working PERFECTLY since years!) in the same SSID with a disconnection first - therefore it's better to cut the 5GHz and connect to 2.4! "Intelligent select best Wi-Fi" has to be OFF!
    Resetting the network-settings (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth) won't help - testet/done several times! Even after a full reset of the phone shows the same issue when is active!
    Downgrading to OS10 (for me!) CANNOT be the solution although it will solve this specific problem w/Wi-Fi (data loss if no backup, all settings, all items have to be re-done...) - besides, I don't have the time to... and - when a new update arrives we're at the same point of situation.
    Fun fact / side note:
    The ONE+ 7T-Pro for me was and also is THE perfect Smartphone - as said > FOR ME! Perfect handling, perfect cameras, perfect updates until now, full size display w/motorized Selfie-Cam which always makes fun to use - also for others to see 😄- and several absolute positive points to say! Never had any problems since bought in November 2019, therefore there was no reason to post anything (for me - again... I know...).. Missing components like AOD, personal Gallery, dialer, special launcher, or other tiny things could be easelly implemented and are running perfectly!
    BUT - it can NOT be that after an update we the users have to find a way to even use the phone for what it's made for - specific to provide a stable connection when this is possible and always worked BEFORE THIS update!
    Please fix this issue soon! PLEEEAAASEEE!

    I've been getting this since the last update I installed yesterday. Makes the phone completely unusable for me. WiFi connects/disconects every 10sexonds or so constantly.

    Absolutely unacceptable

    WI-FI disconnecting frequently after latest update on oneplus 7pro ..both 5 ghz and 2.4ghz band ..my Wi-Fi router is working fine it's not creating same issue with other devices.. kindly look into this issue ASAP.

    My phone keeps disconnecting the wifi connection repeatedly even though there is excellent signal. I have tried resetting the setting a couple of times over the last few days and still not able to set right this problem. This issue has started ever since I updated my phone to version 11.

    I have also been facing issues with calls getting disconnected (even before I updated to the Android version 11). I'm seriously reconsidering my choice of switching from Samsung to OnePlus. This phone has been having one problem after another.
