Hi I finally got the stable update to Android 10 on my OnePlus 6 h which is great but the WiFi connection has serious issues. It gets a no internet connection error for a split second and then reconnects instantly. Didn't happen on Android 9 and it is really annoying because you get kicked from online games or videos stop loading.
Would be great if someone has a solution
    Thanks

EDIT Ok this seems to be the issue with the 5GHz networks. This update should've fixed this but it didn't. Great

Have you tried clearing the system cache from recovery? It's recommended to clear it after a major android update to avoid battery drain or performance issues.

I personally also perform a factory reset and start again from scratch to get pure experience of the firmware.

Did it come as an OTA update, or, did you use the Oxygen updater, or other means to force the update?

It's your phone, do with it as you wish, but the Oxygen updater is NOT a OnePlus app. Although the software may be from OnePlus, if you don't receive the update via the built in updater, you might not be receiving the best update.
It is why Oppo rolls out OnePlus updates in small stages, gauging feedback as to how the update is working.
There have been numerous bugs with the betas of 10, along with 10.0, 10.01 etc. Over 40 years, I've been burned by software, and make it a point that if whatever I use, that has software, has an update, I gauge what the update corrects, what is new, if I can take advantage of any new features and is the device working currently.
HATS OFF to those that beta test and find the bugs, but, currently the 9.xx version on the OnePlus 6T, is working perfectly. As these devices become more and more valuable for personal as well as work related, other than security patches, I'm willing to WAIT before updating to a newer OS version.

I am facing the same issue with my OP 6. Now regretting that I updated to 10.0.1. Should have stayed on 9.x.

After upgrading my OP 6T, I can no longer use Wifi 5 Ghz. It just does not find any 5 Ghz Wifi networks anymore and if you try to create a 5 ghz hotspot, it simply switches the hotspot off after a few seconds.
