Same issue here. OnePlus 5, issue started after Android 10 update but has gotten worse in recent days/weeks. A fix would be greatly appreciated.

Having this issue as well on the Nord, not as often as some people here but every now and again I have to disable my WiFi, wait a few seconds and then enable again. Really quite strange.

Same issue, Can connect to wifi. After 2-5 minutes it stops and loads very slowly, then doesn't load at all. Have to connect to data, but because I'm in the basement it also disconnects after a few minutes. Have to reconnect to wifi and keep repeating the cycle. Please fix this soon

Have a OP5T, dual sims active, did the OTA Android 10 update and had the same issue since. Sometimes it disconnects as soon as I reconnect, five or six times in a row. Unrelatedly someone has been trying to call in but keeps going to voicemail. I noticed that when WIFI is on, VoLTE and Wifi calling are in a constant switching battle with VoLTE winning alot. I changed call settings to prefer cell instead of wifi for calling and has been stable since.

This is a pain, cuz I'd like to use Wifi calling, but whatever. Still needs a OS patch.

I also get this effect but nobody has mentioned what I see in my case where the phone (OnePlus3) will disconnect if left lying still on a bench or table. When disturbed by picking it up, it will start to reconnect. If I leave the phone in my pocket, it seems to remain connected because I'm moving around. I've checked all relevent settings to ensure it doesn't go into battery save mode of some sort or a low power mode etc but I can't stop it doing this. I've also reset network connections to no avail. I won't be renewing with another OnePlus even though I don't want another manufacturer but the newer OnePlus phones also seem to suffer with this fault.

Noticing it with my trusty 7 PRO all of a sudden these last few weeks. She's been perfect until this issue - I'm certain it's NOT my router 😭

This is the same for me. Most noticeable after picking up from table after a few minutes of idling. Perhaps issue is related to the Smart Lock.

So, same issue with 6T. But I tried changing some settings 3 days ago, and it seems stable since then:

Settings > WiFi > WiFi preferences
    Turn on WiFi automatically: ON
Intelligently select the best WiFi: OFF
    Auto-switch to mobile data: OFF

Then, on the settings for my specific network (the small cogwheel to the right of the network name, in the previous screen):

Advanced > Network Usage > Treat as unmetered

I'm not sure which one setting (or combination) seems to do the trick, but it's working now so I'm not touching anything! 😁

I am facing the same problem for almost 10 months now. Having a OnePlus 6T with Android 10 installed and earlier Android 9. Both standard roms include this bug.

I had the same issue for the longest time. Solved for now. How?

Turn everything in the WiFi preferences off. All the "smart" features are actually the dumbest thing.

    Hope this helps.

I have bouts of this where the device is completely unusable. any network request results in the wifi completely disconnecting.

Hey all, I've had a couple of problems with wifi connectivity as well. Thought about connecting my laptop to the router per cable but that would too annoying when trying to work in other spaces around my place.
I found Wifi-adapters, like USB-sticks just with wifi connection! Works great for me!
