As we all know opo is breaking in India pretty soon but it is also essential for them to give the best post sale service to Indian customers.
    What say you???

They'll not have a great after sales service initially.. But it should catch up eventually..

I see most users are from tier1 or tier2 cities. I am currently in Bokaro, Jharkhand. How do I get any issues in my mobile resolved when/If I buy this phone? What about the battery? Can it be replaced after its life is over, say after 3 years? I would have liked to have an expandable memory card slot and user replacable battery in this phone.

As of now, for any issues being faced.. You have to contact their support..
If it can be solved by you, they'll share the steps..
If it needs replacement, you'll have to send it to the company.. Presently US..

Things might change once they have officially released in India..
But as of now, there is no easy access to support..

They have an announcement coming up this week regarding India.. So lets just say soon..
And you dot have to wait until then to buy the phone.. All you need is an invite; and you can order it from US.. But it'll cost you somewhere around 27000-28000 INR..
Whereas, it should be launched under 25000 INR in India, officially..

For any mobile company to succeed in a country like India after sales service is one of the most if not the most important factor. Here majority of the buyers won't change their high end mobiles as often as they do in the west..Hope one+ takes note of this..

Most Probably... NO... As they already have no after-sales service in 17 countries and they are doing good even without it. They have decided that there will be a 5-10 member team and country-wide manager. Thats it!!!

I have hardly seen people going to dedicated customer service centers for mobile related problems.Even new phones.
Hope OpO puts up problem specific and related videos on YouTube
We Indians learn things pretty fast.
