On the first page it states that cellular network is working, so I assumed calls work, also she said she didn't test, so that statement is null.

How are you guys installing it?

    I tried:
    Code:
    ubuntu-device-flash -v --server=http://system-image.ubports.com touch --channel=ubuntu-touch/stable --device=bacon --bootstrap

and it complained that -v is not a valid flag/switch. I removed it and this "ubuntu-device-flash" doesn't do a squat ... I tried with inserting "sudo" in front of this "ubuntu-device-flash" and still nothing.
    Below is what i get:
    Code:
    sudo ubuntu-device-flash touch --server=http://system-image.ubports.com --channel=ubuntu-touch/stable --device=bacon --bootstrap
    2016/04/12 20:51:40 Device is |bacon|
2016/04/12 20:51:41 Flashing version 12 from ubuntu-touch/stable channel and server http://system-image.ubports.com to device bacon

Is that is how it supposed to be, no progress, no nothing in terminal (i'm trying thin on my Ubuntu 14.04 box)???

Did you check the man of ubuntu-device-flash ? This might give you the answer for the -v .

Any ETA on when calls will work? Also, I've noticed that the content hub does not work. Example.. When I open the file manager and try to open any music file, it'll take me to the content hub. When I select the music app, the app does not open as expected instead I'm taken back to the file manager. Is this a bug?
The above is true for literally any use case.. Not just music.

Unfortunately no ETA for calling currently, Ubuntu isn't being the most friendly with the CM base, so calling isn't working greatly, fixing one problem creates another, you either have intense over heating or no unity8, though bluetooth apparently will work when the cm base works.

The issue with opening things like music from the file manager is an apparmor problem, this is difficult to debug but is needed more and more, the background in scopes used to be suru themed but then they added apparmor and the scope theme is white and when you pull up from the bottom for scope changers we get a black background which isnt useful at all and that came from canonical making apparmor more relied on, similar thing happened with gallery images, etc, they are known issues, but we want phone working first then me and Marius plan on talking about whats more important or easier to do, if apparmor is slightly more important then the camera but the camera is easy then Marius will fix the camera if the camera doesn't require apparmor.

Aha. Thanks for the update. Eagerly awaiting the calls. Good to hear that Bluetooth should work with the cm rebase. Good work so far :)

Wait, I'm confused. What I showed are the infamous 'squarercle' icons which mirror your second pic. The first ones you posted are a step away from being completely circle.

    @ChloeWolfieGirl

Do you have the .png files of the icon pack Ubuntu Touch uses (your second pic)? I am able to individually replace icons on my homescreen and would like to obtain them. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the link. I discovered Sam's work a few weeks ago and Followed him on G+. He's the one who published the Suru icon pack for Android. He doesn't update the app nor will create another one. Too bad, I just need a file that has all the Ubuntu Touch icons in png format.

Its weird because his ubuntu icons look great and match with the rest of the theme, the ubuntu shape is almost there with the icon pack but the actual icons, whats in them look more like meego, which is weird to me.
